I always forget to take pictures during the beginning and end of prep. I can not be bothered.

Cooking skate wings with the bone in. Next time we try without. Supposedly its more flavorful and tender with bone but I think it looks lame and is a pain to eat with all that cartilage flapping around.

heres my super easy fried chicken
take an egg and mix in a crapload of herbs, spices, and tons of garlic
throw it into a bag with some chicken and let it sit for a few hours


When youre ready all you have to do is put the pieces into a bag of flour and shake that shit.
I forgot to take a picture.

Then fry at 350 for ten minutes.

and what do you do with all that delicious oil?





fry at 325 degrees.
